Job Description -
- Internally coordinate with accounts team and creative ops team to execution of all ATL, BTL, events, and other activations.
- After receiving the requirement, the production coordinator will coordinate with the creative dept. of the agency and will liaise with the external vendors to provide required material for the planned activity.
- He should be very well versed with the latest procedures and trends in the printing industry, on-ground marketing activation, TV/radio ads, procedures, and formats to follow for ATL and BTL activations.
- Production coordinator should be able to track the ongoing activities and keep an up-to-date record for each and every step involved in execution. Should also be able to share and update the progress report to the account dept. on a regular basis.
- He/she will be the single point of contact for all the vendor-related documentation on records. He/she will manage all the external vendors for various execution jobs.
- He/she will have to keep a record and report of the campaign which gets successfully delivered and should share timely information to the account management team with clear deadlines and dates of completion /delivery. And should have all the proof of deliveries handy for quick access.
- He /She should be capable of handling multiple campaigns running at the same time.
- Should be ok to travel to small towns and villages to monitor rural campaigns.
- He/she should be very well versed with MS- excel
- Production coordinator will have to handle logistics in the most economical and effective manner.
- Should be aware of all the procedures required for material handling and logistics, on-ground production, and various media tools.
