Job Description:

As a Product Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our products by our clients and internal teams. Leveraging your extensive experience in training and product knowledge, you will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to various audiences, including clients, sales teams, customer support staff, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Develop a deep understanding of product's features and functionalities.

- Design and implement effective training programs and materials, including presentations, manuals, tutorials, and videos, to educate clients and internal teams on product usage and best practices.

- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring participants' comprehension and proficiency in using our products.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, marketing, and customer support, to align training initiatives with business objectives and product roadmap.

- Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback to enhance and improve training programs.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and new technologies to incorporate relevant information into training materials and sessions.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and internal teams, addressing product-related inquiries and troubleshooting issues as needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product training or a related field, preferably (But not mandatory) in the Android Mobile phone domain.

- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs for both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse groups of learners.

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

- Proficiency in using training tools and technologies, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), eLearning authoring tools, and virtual classroom platforms.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for client training sessions and events.
