Product Trainer

Location: Remote Role

Experience: 2 - 5 years

Mandatory Qualification:

Technical skills:

- Must have hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Jquery,

- Must have experience in Product training

- Must have -experience in Working on improving product experience by performing A/B tests.

- Look for product-based companies only

- The product is into is AV Testing product- it is called VWO (Visual Website Optimizer)

Required Skills And Experience:

- 2+ years of experience delivering remote and onsite training

- 2+ years of experience developing training curricula

- Good understanding of web applications, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery

- Bachelor's/Master's degree, Computer Science related

- Familiarity with the latest trends in the learning field

Responsibilities:

- Delivering product training to customers both one-on-one and through product marketing materials

- Delivering an internal training program to keep our teams up-to-date with the latest use-uses and improvements of the VWO platform

- Building a video and written training program for customer education at VWO

- Developing training curricula about the VWO platform and CRO best practices

- Designing custom training in consultation with customers to show the organizational and business-unit value of VWO
