1. To competently deliver training programmes, for all products and providing quality that exceeds customer expectations.
2. Deliver engaging training solutions that improve skills and competencies, including value selling and propositions. Acting as an ambassador for people development by encouraging, promoting and maintaining a learning culture.
3. Constantly review and update enhancements for the training and associated documentation to ensure information is current and correct.
4. Identify development opportunities amongst the teams, designing needs based training plans.
5. Organising training administration, to include, but not exclusively, venue, equipment, logistics and materials to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
6. Manage, design and proactively review training courses and programmes to meet the training needs including practical and theoretical sessions.
7. Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant and statutory policies
8. Proactively develop self and maintain knowledge in relevant fields and ensure that you are acquiring the latest product information at all times.
9. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.
10. Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
11. Keep up with developments in area of expertise by reading current journals, books, or magazine articles.
