Product Support Specialist
Role & Responsibilities :
- Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the company's Futures & Options (F&O) products.
- Interact with customers to provide product information, answer queries, and support their needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Maintain relationships with partners and customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Ideal Candidate :- Strong understanding of Futures & Options (F&O) products and solutions.
- Experience interacting with customers, preferably in roles such as partner manager or customer support.
- Willingness to engage in sales activities and meet sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
