Job Title : Product Support Lead

Designation : Executive, Senior Executive, Asst. Manager, Deputy Manager (as per experience)

Location : Churchgate, Mumbai, India

Job Summary :


- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Support Lead to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing investment product marketing documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. This role requires strong collaboration with various departments, including CIO, fund managers, sales and marketing, operations, performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review investment product marketing documents, including Newsletters, Factsheets, Fund brochures, PPTs for marketing decks, covering note for emailers, data room updation, website update, to support sales and marketing campaigns.

- Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of firm and strategy information.

- Assist in the preparation of Request for Information (RFI) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) to ensure comprehensive and accurate responses to clients.

- Work in close co-ordination with Compliance team members to ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory requirements, Quantum standards & ethics, etc.

- Collaborate with the investment team, CIO, Fund Managers, etc to develop and update document content from first draft stage to final document stage, with facts and figures presented as graphs, charts, diagrams, tables, along with write-up of Investment Thesis, Market Commentary, Economic Outlook, etc.

- Coordinate with the operations and performance teams, using Bloomberg and other public sources to prepare the marketing materials

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.

- Provide support and training to peers and junior team members on document preparation and compliance.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.

- Strong understanding of investment products and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong English Grammar and vocabulary is compulsorily required.

- Skills like data formatting, punctuation, spacing, typed matter structuring, are very important

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration.

- Experience with CRM systems, software like Salesforce and marketing automation tools.

Key Personal Traits:

- Enthusiasm coupled with patience to appreciate multiple changes in drafts until final outcome of refined document
