Product and supply specialist - Full Time Role - Candidates should have a deep understanding of products and supply ecosystems for Dehydrates, Oleoresins and Plant based ingredients. - Prior experience of 5-10 years in leading manufacturing organizations is a must. - The candidate should have demonstrated a track record of building supply ecosystems and R&D led product development for the above categories. - This will be an IC role to start with. Hence, the candidate should have the proven track record of navigating through ambiguity and building a function on his own. - Startups are dynamic. The candidate should have the ability to adapt to various changing needs of building this function and hence should be able to demonstrate the same in his experience. - We are NOT looking for people who want to switch jobs for a salary increment. It's a founding member role. The candidate should be willing to commit long term and grow along with the organisation. - Researching the product and its competitors: One of the primary duties of a product specialist is to research and survey the market. They also assist the sales team in creating extensive sales techniques. - Collaborating with various stakeholders: A product specialist collaborates with business units to develop plans to increase a company's revenue through its products and services. They attend business meetings to track the sales of newly launched products and ensure these comply with regulatory standards and are environmentally friendly. - Creating effective strategies: A product specialist determines how effective product strategies made by different departments may be. They also assess the products' pricing strategies. - Evaluating feedback: This professional examines the customer feedback collected by the company and utilises it to develop the product further. They provide their expert knowledge to different departments across the company to assist in the launch of every product. - Training and developing new employees: Product specialists manage and supervise the sales training sessions for new employees.
