What will you do?
- Strategize & Build: Problem solve some of our most pressing challenges, and help product teams deliver better results
- You will be working closely with the Head of Product in solving some of our most pressing strategic, business and operational challenges and continuously question the status quo on how to scale and build better products
- You will build programs and processes that simplify product operations across teams with the mission of getting "1% better every day" in teams' execution, tracking, documentation and prioritization - in making the product team structured and data-driven
- Analyze & Experiment: Use quantitative and experimentation driven result-oriented actions for improving user acquisition, retention, experience, and performance
- You should proactively create and track OKRs (with respect to usage, conversion, adoption, and retention) for the Product team and keep them accountable throughout the quarter, while continuously providing recommendations to drive improvements
- You will create hypotheses, identify the right metrics to track progress against them, and develop compelling stories with insights, focusing on the strategic goals of the organization
- You will drive the adoption of quantitative and qualitative experimentation approach to derive result-oriented actions for user acquisition, retention, experience, and performance
- Work cross-functionally: Understand the product development lifecycle and partner with teams to drive step-function changes in how we can scale operations
- Optimizing the intersection of product, business, engineering, and design teams by improving alignment, communications, and processes around the product and their go-to-market counterparts - making product the focal point at each stage
- You should work with stakeholders across the Product, Engineering and UX teams to measure whether the features we build are in fact used by our users. If they are not, then you will help the teams understand what experiences are broken and need improvements
What are we looking for?
- 1 to 3 years of work experience in any of the following roles: Strategy Consulting, Analytics, Product Management
- Bachelor's degree from a top tier college or university
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, and not to mention, a high level of comfort with numbers
- Structured and critical thinking to answer open-ended business questions
- Experience synthesizing data-driven insights into actionable solutions
- Able to drive tasks to the conclusion independently and communicate results, outcomes, and decisions effectively to a wide and varying audience
- Self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced and fluid environment
- Fluent with Excel, Powerpoint
- Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Clevertap) is recommended
- Acquaintance with querying languages, and tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc. would be a plus but not mandatory
