Product Strategy and Development(Fund) Role -Mumbai
I. Purpose of the Role
To act as a single point of contact for prospective companies/issuers, merchant bankers, arrangers, brokers, and regulators for developing a robust ecosystem for assisting the corporates/social enterprises to raise funds through the primary markets across debt, equity and hybrid offerings.
II. Key Responsibilities
S No Key Responsibility Descriptive Parameters :
1. Creating Awareness - Create awareness amongst issuers regarding fund raising platforms viz, Mainboard, SME, IGP, EBP, Social Stock Exchange etc.
2. Tracking Upcoming Issues - Tracking the upcoming public issues, IGP, OFS, private debt, REITS/INVITs, Green Bonds, Masala Bond etc and inform respective teams with updates.
- Touch base with the companies for listing
3. Relationship Management - Visits to Issuers/Merchant Bankers for Compliance Trainings, DSE decisions and Issuance support.
- Provide pre-listing support across debt and equity. issuers, merchant bankers/arranger
4. Debt - Electronic Bidding Platform/ Commercial Papers/Other
Products - On-board participants (issuers, arrangers, sub-arrangers & Institutional Investors)
- Demos/training are organized for all the participants
- Online product support is provided for their initial issuances.
- Engage actively with the participants on their issuances and seek feedback
- Improvisations of the platform based on the feedbacks received from the Participants - System requirements
- Channelizing the market feedback to SEBI for improvisation of the product.
5. Stakeholder Management Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

6. Listing Ceremonies - Conducting ceremonies for public issues and new products/segment.
7. Trainings & Conferences - Conduct trainings for Corporates and Round Table conference for Merchant bankers for taking feedback.
8. Events - Organize/ Participate in Industry body events to promote new product development
9. Regulatory Advocacy - Regulatory advocacy to develop and deepen primary markets including launch of new products
- Providing inputs and gathering market feedback on consultation papers put up by the regulator
10. Product Development - Build business requirements for product enhancements/features based on the market feedback, regulatory changes
- Contribute to making the products intuitive and user friendly
