Product/Sr Product Mgr - Payment Gateway

This is Bala from Resource Mentorus Staffing Solutions, Bangalore. Currently we are having a couple of opportunities with one of the leading online payment gateway development company, Gurgaon.

Role: Product Manager / Sr Product Manager

Responsibilities:

- Grow existing products as well as develop new ideas by continuously evaluating market needs

- Ability to conceptualize and define features and requirements and product flows

- Responsible for user acquisition, engagement, retention and profitability of your product line

- Collaborate with a product engineering and QC teams

- Analyze data to understand user behavior and use the insights to continuously improve the product offering.

- As a product leader you will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product line.

Qualification & Experience:

- Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments including sales, marketing, business management, customer support and engineering teams.

- Track record of successful collaboration with a product development team or organization.

- Contagious can-do attitude and self-sufficient work style

- Strong strategy, analytical, and communication skills.

- Strong business management and analysis skills.

- Must have a solutions driven approach and have the ability to change and iterate fast

- Power user of internet & Mobile

- Ideally should have worked in start-up environment

- Should understand building and growing products in internet and/or mobile space
