About our Client - Our client is a US MNC and is one of the largest players in the Life sciences equipment and reagents market with presence in over 50 countries with over 5000 employees spread across Life sciences and Chemical analysis instruments and Electronic testing equipment. Our client is looking for a specialist who would be involved in developing the market for Spectroscopy.

Job Description - Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

- The person would be driving business and marketing activities to meet quota and ensure healthy funnel

- Develop and attack with operational discipline:

- Funnel quality, forecast accuracy

- Develop and execute clear and compelling regional business plan

- Outline business potential/opportunities/gaps/competition

- Bring added value to each deal

- Responsible for demos

- Implement key marketing activities by delivering presentations and conference support and lead marketing efforts for local country initiatives

- Responsible for sales trainings/increase competences.

The Successful Candidate - You will be a Bachelors/Masters/PG in Chemistry with at least 5 - 12 years experience in handling Spectroscopy. You will have experience handling pre-sales/post-sales of Spectroscopy customers across Research institute/Life sciences institute etc. You will have excellent communication skills and should have a proven track record of success.
