Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for presentations and demonstrations of Finezza product and solutions to customers, highlighting the core value proposition of the product/ solutions. Respond to technical questions about the product
- Responsible for comprehending customer requirements both stated and unstated in order to help the customer differentiate between must have requirements and good to have requirements
- Responsible for educating the customer on how their requirements can be fulfilled using our product
- Effectively collaborate with the product team on the customer requirements, the customisations that are required and estimate the time needed to deploy the product based on the requirements
- Responsible for development of formal sales proposal and differentiate product offerings at a technical level from the competition
- Responsible for responding to customer RFI and RFPs within stated timelines
- Compare Finezza's product offering at a technical level with competitive products and proactively suggest to the senior management and product team on process and product improvement
- Liaise with the product team to ensure accurate and timely resolution of technical issues that may arise
- Responsible for interfacing between the product team and customer while integrating systems and to ensure seamless project delivery
Job Requirements:
- Candidate should be committed and extremely deadline focused. It is expected that the candidate will go beyond defined roles and contribute to growing the company's business
- Knowledge on the lending domain
- Strong understanding of broader information technology concepts. Knowledge of SDLC lifecycles such as Waterfall, Agile etc
- Must be a self-starter with solid follow-through, multi-tasking and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
- Strong client relationship, negotiation skills and setting expectations
- Should be able to work in a team and work independently
- Excellent Communication Skills - verbal and written. When required should be able to explain to the customer in simple terminology on how the product works
- Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills
