Product Specialist - Hospitality/Facility Management

Looking for a young and smart people to manage special product . The role involves:

Marketing:

- Develop the new business with efficient customer serving support

- Work closely with the marketing team to promote the business

- Evolve ideas for marketing the new business vertical

Operations:

- Appointment scheduling & staff handling for the new vertical

- General administrative support

- Maintain record of client calls and follow- ups

Guest Relationship management:

- Manage the incoming calls for the new vertical

- Provide information to clients over phone and through e- mails

- Schedule appointments for guests in an efficient manner

- Marketing and customer relationship support through calls to invite repeat business

- Develop understanding of wellness services and its advantages and be able to guide guests on the same

- Actively seek guest feedback and maintain records of the same

Ideal candidate will be from the hospitality, wellness or Facility Management companies
