Opportunity Overview:
- Our client isa leading Payments & consulting firm. They are offering a significant opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee and support the launch of SME and corporate cards in Riyadh, KSA, for a 12-month term (extendable).
- The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering integrated card solutions to commercial customers, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and technology.
- This role is crucial in ensuring the commercial card division's profitability and cost-effectiveness while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
- The project aims to enhance the end client bank's commercial card offerings, making it a vital part of a larger initiative to expand and improve banking products for SMEs and large corporates.
- Success will be measured through the performance metrics of the commercial card products, including revenue, profitability, and market engagement.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Overseeing and supporting the launch of SME and corporate cards.
- Developing and managing the commercial card division's budget to ensure profitability.
- Ensuring the efficiency and compliance of commercial card operations, along with high-level customer service.
- Implementing risk management strategies to minimize fraud and secure transactions.
- Preparing and presenting reports on commercial card product performance.
- Leveraging client firms assets and resources to support responsibilities.
Your Background:
- Experience Requirement: 11 to 15 years of relevant experience in the banking or financial services sector, particularly in commercial banking products.
Education: Degree in a relevant field such as finance, business administration, or a related field would be advantageous.
Skills: Proven project management skills.
- Strong team player with results-driven capabilities.
- High energy and initiative.
- People management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Preferred Backgrounds: Experience in commercial banking products for SMEs and large corporates is highly valued.
