Job Description : As a Product Specialist you will work closely with the Product head and the Founders. As such, you will have the opportunity and responsibility to help monitor and shape the performance of the business, taking on critical challenges and contributing to the overall strategy and success

Our client is merging modern medicine with computer science by building AI based B2B solutions using high volume of data for healthcare industry

Description :

- Develop a vision & roadmap for your Product area for the next phase of hyper growth in the Health- tech segment

- Work with executives and business line stakeholders to define the problems to solve with AI. Help prioritize and rank the solutions, develop business cases

- Perform gap analysis on existing data. Identify new data sources

- Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application

- Go-to-Market Planning: Create a go-to-market plan working with business/marketing stakeholders to maximize product adoption and success

- Leverage your client facing abilities to appropriately engage with clients on product share and feature requests as needed

Profile :

- 5-7 years of overall experience with at least 2+ years of Product Management experience in AI & ML or Data Analytics is a must

- Tier 1 education background - B.Tech / MSc / MBA

- Previous experience in leading and developing a product at scale

- Previous experience in client development initiatives

- Excellent communication

- Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
