Position - Product Sales Manager / Trade Forex / Transaction Banking.

Qualification - Bachelor's degree in any field.

Master's degree in MBA - Finance / CA is preferred.

Job Role

- Revenue maximization through the steady flow of Trade and Supply Chain products and services.

- Meeting agreed targets with respect to new client acquisitions and structuring new deals

- Ensuring client servicing is appropriate and utilization levels are consistently maintained at a high level.

- Formulating and implementing processes for specific Trade and supply chain products wherever applicable.

- Galvanizing internal & external stakeholders and draw their support to achieve the given objectives.

- Undertaking training of the relationship teams wherever necessary to promote Trade and Supply Chain products.

- Providing necessary MIS / Management update.

- Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year.

- Undertake training of the relationship teams wherever necessary to promote Trade And Supply Chain products.

- Follows risk policy and processes to mitigate the operational, regulatory, financial, informational, and reputational and audit risks as instructed by the departmental manager.

- Executes the established internal control systems and compiles relevant information for departmental audits, as necessary.

- Discussing unique market requirement and solutions

- Taking part in new product development as per the market requirement.

- Product and Process Knowledge in the Domain (Wholesale Banking - Trade Finance and Supply Chain)

- Demonstrates business agility, has ability to take things to finish and carpe diem approach to make things happen

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Strong People Management and Relationship skills.

- Team Orientation and Customer Focus

- Analytical and Problem Solving

- Skills for Sales (relationship capital, interpersonal skills)
