Solution Selling:
- Strong understanding of the K-12 education market, including trends, challenges, and buying processes in schools.
- Product Knowledge: -Knowledge of Computer Domains as per ICT and subjects like Artificial Intelligence, Digital Citizenship, Coding, Data Science, Design Thinking and evolving Emerging Technology trends.
- Customer Engagement: - Develop and maintain relationship with management; academicians and school subject matter expert to help implement pedagogy for the complete integrated solution.
- Internal Team Support: - Align team towards the product basis joint visits and through continuous product trainings.
- Training & Support: -Promote the integration of technology into the curriculum and instructional practices, providing guidance and support to teachers in incorporating technology-enhanced learning experiences into their lessons.
- Product Feedback: - Collect feedback from the schools and team and help communicate to the head office team for continuous product improvement.
