- To represent Product Propositions to targeted customer segments based on value positioning against their problem statements by introducing the product & promise of performance / technical differentiators appropriately. To ensure the product growth (both Value and Volume) follows a progressive trend.
- The product Sales manager would design sales plans, budget, identify new markets to expand the customer base, and deliver high-quality customer service.
- Experience in driving product sales and maximize revenue across GenCos, TransCos, DisComs, and IPPs
- Design and deploy sales plans in order to reach out to potential customers.
- Successful coordination and closure of sales negotiations with the prospects & influencers.
- Influencing the prospects on industry developments, business practices, and adversaries, in order to focus on product improvements and new product trends.
- Ability to bring in authentic perspectives of Demand & Competition Mapping on sales forecast for better planning & budgeting.
- Develop sales plans, maintain sales volumes, sales budget, and profit. Review Sales MIS to continuously track the progress of the sale and take course corrective actions
- Prepare a report on monthly sales progress by analyzing the volumes, collections, sales activities, and other relevant sales metrics
- Good understanding of O/h transmission & Substation insulator
