Product Owner - Warranty Data

Experience: 5-7 years

Location: Bangalore

Must-Have: Experience in Product Ownership, SAFe Agile, Stakeholder Management, warranty data (e.g. claims, registrations), data management or analytics

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Own prioritization of sprint backlog for the warranty data domain to maximize customer value in alignment with the overall warranty data vision.

- Leads sprint backlog grooming to decompose, estimate and refine stories with technical team.

- Organize sequence of work by collaborating with other product owners to identify project dependencies and refine enabler stories.

- Communicating of the roadmap to relevant stakeholders, passionate advocate of product roadmap through development.

- Troubleshoot problems, identifies possible solutions, and resolves accordingly.

- Prepare releases and supporting documents such as release notes, training documents.

- Organization and preparation of product demos, user acceptance testing.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree

- 5+ years of relevant experience in data management or analytics

- Experience in SAFe agile, preferably as a product owner or product manager

- Experience in working with warranty data (e.g. claims, registrations)

- Global experience driving enterprise level Change Management cross functionally

- Strong communication / interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management

- Specific Training or Certification Required - Product Manager / Product Owner certificate preferred

- Problem Solving Skills

- Contributes to establishing the strategy and driving the strategy.

- Basic knowledge of agricultural domain is an advantage

- Self-Confidence and good communication skills

- Very good English language skills
