Product Owner (EXp - Data analytics or Ai) (Telecom/networking domain)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner with a strong background in data analytics or artificial intelligence (AI) to join our telecom client's team. As a pivotal member of our product management group, you will drive the development and enhancement of innovative data-driven solutions that cater to our telecom services.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders including data scientists, engineers, business analysts, and marketing teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product priorities.

- Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, market trends, and technological advancements in data analytics and AI.

- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features for development, and ensure that the team is focused on delivering maximum business value.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and refine product positioning.

- Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to track progress and address any impediments.

- Monitor product performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to optimize customer satisfaction and product success.

- Stay updated on industry trends in data analytics and AI, and incorporate relevant innovations into product planning and development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- Proven experience (X+ years) as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in telecom or related industries.

- Solid understanding of data analytics, AI, and machine learning concepts, with hands-on experience in applying these technologies to real-world problems.

- Familiarity with agile/Scrum methodologies and experience managing agile teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills:

- Certification in Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO) or relevant agile certifications.

- Experience working with big data platforms, data visualization tools, or telecom-specific technologies.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in telecom and data privacy.
