What We're Looking For:

Education: MBA required.

Experience:

Total: 10+ years.

HRMS Domain: 5+ years.

Product Development: 5+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.

Skills:

- Deep knowledge of payroll processing standards and practices.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities for working with diverse global teams.

- Strategic mindset with an eye for detail.

- Proven experience with Agile methodologies.
