- 5+ years of relevant experience.

- Experience in SAFe Agile, Kanban, Scrum project management is preferred.

- AWS and SAP background is useful.

3. The centre would focus on augmenting AGCO's global IT and Digital capability and investment in high-quality technology, innovation, and R&D talent.

4. The teams will be an integral part of AGCO's global ecosystem. They will work as part of a global cross-function and cross-cultural team, working together to deliver AGCO's purpose to provide 5.Farmer-focused solutions to sustainably feed our world- and our vision to be the Trusted partner for industry-leading, smart farming solutions .

Qualification and Experience:

What You Will Do :

1. Own prioritization of sprint backlog for the supply chain data domain to maximize customer value in alignment with the overall supply chain data vision.

2. Leads sprint backlog grooming to decompose, estimate and refine stories with technical team.

3. Organize sequence of work by collaborating with other product owners to identify project dependencies and refine enabler stories.

4. Communicating of the roadmap to relevant stakeholders, passionate advocate of product roadmap through development.

5. Troubleshoot problems, identifies possible solutions, and resolves accordingly.

6. Prepare releases and supporting documents such as release notes, training documents.

7. Organization and preparation of product demos, user acceptance testing.

What You Will Bring:

- Bachelor's Degree

- 5+ years of relevant experience in data management or analytics.

- Experience in SAFe agile, preferably as a product owner or product manager

- Experience in working with supply chain data (e.g. vendor master, inventory, OTIF)

- Global experience driving enterprise level Change Management cross functionally

- Strong communication / interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management

- Specific Training or Certification Required - Product Manager / Product Owner certificate preferred.
