Description :
- Contribute to the product vision and work together closely with the product manager of other servicing products to define the right product roadmap based on business demand.
- Manage the requirements (business, functional, non-functional) from the request to service area within the team backlog and work closely together with the different teams to deliver value in continuous releases.
- Scrutinize each requirement with the lens of customer impact. Make sure to make and keep the product simple to learn and use.
- Make sure all deployments are scalable. Not get overwhelmed by multiple requirements and define product backlog by keeping customer impact and simplicity.
- Reach out to product managers of other products and get/share inputs impacting customer experience and servicing.
- Build excellent relationship with all stakeholders and develop a culture of joint ownership
Must haves :
- Understanding of customer experience principles
- Knack for process excellence
- Working knowledge of SF
- Working knowledge of APIs
- Ability to influence without authority
