Location: Bangalore

Must-Have: Product Owner, SAFe Agilist, data management, experience in working with Product data (e.g. bill of material) and/or related systems (e.g. PTC windchill)

Responsibilities:

- Represent the customer needs throughout the development life cycle.

- Own prioritization of sprint backlog for the Product data domain to maximize customer value in alignment with the overall Product data vision.

- Owns user story writing.

- Leads sprint backlog grooming to decompose, estimate and refine stories with technical team.

- Organize sequence of work by collaborating with other product owners to identify project dependencies and refine enabler stories.

- Leadership and active participation of agile ceremonies such as product increment planning, sprint planning, refinements, sprint reviews and retrospectives.

- Communicating of the roadmap to relevant stakeholders, passionate advocate of product roadmap through development.

- Troubleshoot problems, identifies possible solutions, and resolves accordingly.

- Prepare releases and supporting documents such as release notes, training documents.

- Organization and preparation of product demos, user acceptance testing.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in data management or analytics

- Experience in SAFe agile, preferably as a product owner or product manager

- Experience in working with Product data (e.g. bill of material) and/or related systems (e.g. PTC windchill)

- Global experience driving enterprise level Change Management cross functionally

- Strong communication / interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management

- Able to synthesize complex topics into meaningful information and prepare materials appropriate for senior level communications.

- Expert knowledge in conceptually creating and driving digital solutions on a regional and global scale in a multi-brand environment
