Product Owner - HR Data
Mandatory Requirement:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in data management or analytics.
- Experience in SAFe agile, preferably as a product owner or product manager.
- Experience in working with HR data (e.g. employee life cycle).
- Global experience driving enterprise level Change Management cross functionally.
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own prioritization of sprint backlog for the HR data domain to maximize customer value in alignment with the overall HR data vision.
- Leads sprint backlog grooming to decompose, estimate and refine stories with the technical team.
- Organize sequence of work by collaborating with other product owners to identify project dependencies and refine enabler stories.
- Communicating the roadmap to relevant stakeholders, passionate advocate of product roadmap through development.
- Troubleshoot problems, identifies possible solutions, and resolves accordingly.
- Prepare releases and supporting documents such as release notes, training documents.
- Organization and preparation of product demos, user acceptance testing.
Qualification and Experience:
- This role will be into data management so someone with a good analytical background is ideal.
- Experience of SAFe agile, Kanban, scrum project management is preferred.
- Will be part of working on road mapping of AGCO products.
- AWS and SAP background is useful but not must.
- 5+ years of relevant experience required.
- Communication skills should be top notch.
- Problem Solving Skills.
- Contributes to establishing the strategy and driving the strategy.
- Project, People and Process Management.
- Basic knowledge of the agricultural domain is an advantage.
- Self-Confidence and good communication skills.
- Very good English language skills.
- Willingness to travel.
