Job Description -

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Owner/Business Analyst with deep expertise in Payments, particularly in Cross-Border Payments, RTP, RTGS, and message formats such as MT and ISO20022. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver innovative payment solutions for global banks.

As a Product Owner/Business Analyst, you will be responsible for defining business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and managing end-to-end project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities -

- Lead the analysis and design of payment solutions with a focus on Cross-Border Payments, RTP (Real-Time Payments), and RTGS (Real-Time Gross Settlement).

- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for payment systems.

- Ensure that payment solutions are compliant with MT message standards and ISO20022 messaging protocols.

- Collaborate with technology teams to ensure successful implementation of payment solutions and system enhancements.

- Act as a Product Owner, defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Analyze current payment processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and scalability.

- Conduct impact analysis and ensure alignment with global banking regulations and industry standards.

- Engage with stakeholders from various global banking functions, including compliance, risk, and operations, to deliver integrated payment solutions.

- Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies (such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups) to ensure smooth project execution.

- Provide thought leadership on industry best practices in payments, offering strategic insights and innovative solutions.
