Job Description:.
- Deliver functional capabilities for Credit Transformation products and initiatives primarily focusing on the credit assessment process or any banking process.
- SME on the RWA calculator, which is used for RWA, RoRWA and EL calculation.
- Understanding regulatory requirements and business requirements to manage the change in the calculator.
- Draft and refine user stories, including detailed acceptance criteria.
- Consult with the Chief/Cluster/Product Owners and SMEs to prioritise and shape the product backlog, using Agile best practices for prioritisation around business value.
- Excellent documentation skills, ability to convey complex information with objectivity and brevity Participate in and facilitate relevant scrum ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, review, and retrospective sessions.
- Support build and test activities.
- Assist in implementation / rollout including UAT, user trainings, UVT and post go-live support.
- Proactively support Agile practices and foster a culture of continuous service improvement.
- Drive continuous improvements on processes and user experience using a data driven, structured approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Ownership: Deliver functional capabilities for Credit Transformation products, focusing on the credit assessment process and related banking processes.
- RWA Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on the RWA calculator, understanding its role in RWA, RoRWA, and EL calculation.
- Ensure the calculator aligns with regulatory and business requirements.
- Agile Methodology: Draft and refine user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize the product backlog using Agile best practices.
- Documentation: Produce clear and concise documentation to convey complex information effectively.
- Scrum Participation: Actively participate in and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, review, retrospective).
- Development & Testing: Support build and test activities, ensuring product quality.
- Implementation & Support: Assist in implementation and rollout, including UAT, user training, UVT, and post-go-live support.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and enhance user experience through a data-driven approach.
