- Communicate with external and internal stakeholders through various channel maintaining high customer experience at all times
- Identifying, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and circling back to affected customers
- Responsible for writing product requirements, working with the product and development teams to resolve issues
- Work with content, supply, product and engineering teams to improve the customer experience
- Manage client expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to the improvement or optimization of existing processes
- Ability to handle difficult stakeholders - exhibit courtesy, empathy and apply understanding to all interactions
- Microsoft Office expertise - Excel, Word, Power point
- Ability to work in a culture that thrives on feedback and seeks opportunities to stretch outside comfort zone
