We are looking out for Product Marketing professional for Global HR Tech client who will be responsible for understanding the market landscape, identifying the Total Addressable Market (TAM), segmenting your target audience, and creating the strategic positioning, targeting plan and channel mix to generate the organization's pipeline goals.

You will also be responsible for developing market & competitive intelligence, value proposition & sales enablement materials. You will work closely with the content, product and sales functions to build a robust launch and pipeline generation plan, and drive its execution. This includes liaising with content marketing, PR, demand generation, digital marketing, and field marketing. You will ensure complete life cycle management of customers across products and services.

- Demonstrable experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns, with ability to use insights for campaign and strategy optimization.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

- Product Marketing: Define and iterate on the positioning and messaging of our products. As well as establish the target market segment, industry and the marketing strategy to engage, retain and acquire customers

- CLM: Complete ownership of engagement, retention and reactivation funnel and marketing activities. Develop and execute customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized campaigns at every stage of customer lifecycle.

- Product Innovation: Be on top of the voice of the customer as well as the happenings in the competitive landscape and the industry as a whole

- Sales enablement: Enable sales and business teams with lead generation, industry fitments as well as through sales kits and various collaterals such as testimonials, case-studies to better the conversion funnel

- Intelligence: Deepen our understanding of target market segments and relevant audiences through competitive and market intelligence

Email & Database Marketing:


- Manage and grow Email Channel as one the leading and highest traffic and sales contributing channel

- Plan Communication calendar for targeted segments, manage the execution, infer results and drive constant improvement

- Plan and Automate Database marketing using 3rd party marketing automation tools - keeping in mind these factors - scale, complexity, Quality and ROI


Salary offered: 10-15LPA
