Product Marketing Head (Mid level Role)

Job Description:

As the Product Marketing & Inside Sales Head the primary responsibility will be to drive the product strategy, manage the product lifecycle, and develop effective marketing strategies to promote the company's solutions. The person will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, solutions & service delivery to ensure the successful launch and ongoing growth of the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Management:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Define product roadmap, prioritize features and enhancements based on market demands and customer feedback.

- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.

Product Marketing:

- Create and execute marketing plans to drive product adoption, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

- Develop compelling product messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with the target audience.

- Plan and execute Enterprise Solutions, product launches, including coordinating with various teams to ensure a successful go-to-market strategy.

Sales Enablement:

- Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell the product.

- Develop sales enablement materials, such as product presentations, FAQs, case studies, and competitive analysis.

- Conduct product training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.

- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to continuously improve the sales process.

Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

- Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for the company's products.

- Monitor customer feedback and market response to identify areas for product improvement and innovation.

- Collaborate with the product development team to prioritize and implement product enhancements based on market demands.

Team Management and Leadership:

- Build and lead a high-performing product and marketing team.

- Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support the team's professional development.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture that encourages teamwork, creativity, and accountability.

- Coordinate and align activities across different departments to ensure the successful execution of product and marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in project & product management and marketing roles, preferably in the Electronic Security Surveillance, IT solutions or SaaS industry.

- Strong understanding of technology, IOT & Automation, AI & ML and market dynamics.

- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy, product positioning, and go-to-market plans.

- Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams.

- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.

- Exposure to BTL activities.
