Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute growth-oriented marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Transaction Optimization: Analyze transaction data and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization, conversion rate improvement, and revenue growth.
- Partnership Management: Identify, establish, and manage partnerships with external organizations, vendors, or platforms to expand our reach and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Project and Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end project and campaign execution, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve growth initiatives.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform growth strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, design, and engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in product/project management within the product management, growth, marketing, or related roles.
- Experience owning end-to-end product development, through concept, to launch
- Understanding of market and customer research, designing the product architecture, Roadmap and payment domain knowledge in a start-up company
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns, partnerships, or growth initiatives.
- Must be comfortable working in an early stage to growth stage company and should be able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Have a proven track record of success in previous roles and have worked in a similar setting, such as a Pre-series A-B company will be a plus
- A leader who takes fun in taking risks and understands that taking calculated risks is necessary for growth
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems
- Understanding of technology, but love customer-first and business-first thinking
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
