Position Summary:
- Responsible for the Product Marketing strategy for the brand.
- Builds, owns, and drives the delivery of the 360- product marketing plan across all media channels.
- Defines and owns the entire product marketing combining all communication and distribution channels.
- Responsible for product portfolio with brand strategies across all channels and platforms and retailers
- Derives and adapts the Global / Regional marketing strategy to maximize local relevancy.
- Develops a thorough omni-channel understanding of local consumer behaviors and preferences in collaboration with consumer marketing to set product marketing strategies and calendar.
- Responsible for the brand's marketing budget.
- Responsible for translating consumer insights into brand campaigns, translating into marketing and selling opportunities
- Builds, owns, and drives the delivery of the 360- product marketing plan across all channels.
- Leads and orchestrates Paid, Owned and Earned activities, giving clear guidelines and objectives and ensuring smooth flow of information.
- Forecasts and tracks business performance for assigned launches and measures success of campaigns.
- Drives A&P spend allocation, in collaboration with consumer marketing, media and the agency.
- Oversees budget and optimization, Pricing Strategy on the basis of global guidelines, competitive benchmarking and COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) analysis.
- Gathers A&P ROI analyses and improves marketing effectiveness through test and learn approach giving the best the best ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend).
- Monitoring and ensuring the final prices are shared with all stakeholders and updated in local systems before the order date (distributor, retailer, Customer Service and TR).
Required:
- Analytical Skills
- Strong Knowledge of Advance Microsoft Office, especially Advance MS Excel (usage of pivot tables and VLOOKUP)
- Possess drive, team management skills, and acute attention to details
- Organization, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Self-starter with Ability to work and lead cross functionally on multiple projects
