Product Marketing Manager/Lead
As the Product Marketing Manager/Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping all marketing efforts for our products and services, driving growth activities focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion/retention. You should have a deep understanding of your target audience's everyday challenges and be able to succinctly explain how our product solves their problems. Through close collaboration with product managers, marketing content designers, and writers, Product Marketing Managers can shape effective marketing content.
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy:
- Create comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Identify target markets, targeting products to ideal customer profile and develop tailored marketing campaigns to engage key audiences.
- Utilize a mix of online and offline channels to maximize reach and impact.
Content Development and Management:
- Oversee the development of high-quality content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics.
- Ensure all content is aligned with brand messaging and effectively communicates the value proposition of our solutions.
- Manage content distribution across various channels including website, social media, email, and press releases.
Digital Marketing and Campaign Management: - Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to maintain competitive advantage.
Brand Management and Positioning: - Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing communications.
- Position LB as a thought leader in the field of automation and AI.
- Build and nurture relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, analysts and strategic partners.
Team Leadership and Collaboration: - Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
Candidate Desired Profile: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
- Proven experience 10+years in a senior marketing role, preferably within the technology or software industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive measurable results.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tactics including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
