Product Marketing Manager - IT

Job Description:

The Product Marketing Manager, Monitoring & Observability will be responsible for messaging and differentiating eG Innovations solutions to strengthen the brand and boost sales. The role involves collaborating with Marketing and Product teams to ensure market leadership, effective content creation, and driving demand for new customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:

- Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling messages that address market challenges for decision-makers and IT professionals.

- Product Marketing Strategy & Planning: Drive strategic product marketing plans covering vision, enablement, and customer initiatives.

- Thought Leadership: Create insightful content (webinars, blogs, e-books) to influence customers, industry experts, and research analysts.

- Sales Enablement & Content: Support sales with marketing materials like playbooks, eBooks, solution briefs, and whitepapers.

- Demand Generation: Work with the marketing team to develop and monitor campaign assets.

- Event & Sales Support: Provide expertise for tradeshows, webinars, and seminars.

- Customer & Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitors, assess market strengths/weaknesses, and devise strategies to gain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

- 7-10 years of B2B technology product marketing experience.

- Knowledge of Observability, IT Operations, APM, and related markets.

- Strong analytical skills with expertise in market data and competitive analysis.

- Ability to craft compelling product messaging for diverse demographics.

- Excellent business judgment and communication skills (written & verbal).

- Experience working in a cross-functional, global environment.

- Expertise in producing creative, technical content.

- Qualification: Bachelors degree required, MBA/MS desirable.
