About the Role:
Pinnacle Solutions is hiring for one of its leading clients. The PMM will have ownership of establishing the products through strategic and tactical marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the growth as well as the adoption (retention/engagement metrics) of the Bonds Platform/SBU
- Provide strategic (1-3 year plan) and tactical marketing intervention support (quarterly calendars)
- Build on product messaging that sets the product's offering apart from others in the market, establish unique selling point
- Obtain insights into customers usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data and maintain a high NPS
- Identify value props, develop and implement a marketing strategy in conjunction with the the Central Marketing Team (Brand, PR, Digital Marketing Team) and the Sales, Technology Team
- Build, manage and optimize outbound lead generation campaigns with advertising through referral and other product led-channels
- Develop engagement strategies for customers on the platform along with leads, pipeline funnel
Requirements:
- 3-5 years- experience at a consumer/B2C tech start-up in a growth marketing role for particular category/product line
- Experience in retail fintech, investment/ trading/brokerage e-platforms/ wealth tech companies is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of performance marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition, retention strategies
