Looking for 10+ years of experience, someone from retail chain like Reliance Digital, Ezone, Croma etc someone who are into sourcing and selling. Someone who are into new product introduction and closely working with suppliers.  Desired skills are (Product Marketing, NPI, International market experience).   Position Responsibilities:   Product Marketing Management  - Achieve Revenue and Gross Margin targets for HSG HGRs.  - Develop a Product Roadmap for HGRs along with HGR Marketing leaders, Engineering and Suppliers for a rolling 24 month time period.  - Execute the Product Roadmap through timely New Product Introductions.  - Identify and select suppliers to meet the product requirements for offerings that are not developed in house (Source and Sell).  - Work with Engineering to develop software differentiators.   - Track competition offerings, roadmaps of competitors to ensure that the HSG product portfolio is competitive, is current, is differentiated and is priced appropriately.   Leadership & People Management  - Build strong relationships with HGR Marketing leaders and Engineering team.  - Develop multi-level relationships with Suppliers, Technology providers to be able to understand technology trends and New Product Roadmaps.  - Work closely with the Sourcing and Engineering as a team to ensure successful execution of New Product Introductions.
