Role: Product Marketing Lead

Reporting into: Head of Growth

Key responsibilities:

- Design & own new business programs (referral, loyalty, delight) across categories and funnel objectives - acquisition, engagement & retention

- Be the program owner from ideation to launch to post launch optimisation and promotion

- Design scaled user lifecycle programs to drive growth across adoption, engagement, purchase

- Define & execute go-to-market strategy for all programs with cross-functional teams

- Collaborate with Product & Tech teams to build and lead a Program specific tribe, that focusses on health and metrics of the program

- Work with Performance marketing teams - acquisition & retention - to aligning them to the relevant business metrics, and ensuring the relevant marketing push

- Define the program communication strategy & positioning along with Brand marketing team, and ensure adherence across internal creative teams & external agency partners

- Define key KPI's for measurement of success, and work with Business intelligence & analytics teams to build out reporting dashboards and frameworks

- Draw-out user insights to collaborate with Product & Tech teams to action these insights and build multiple experiments

- Assess critical user journeys through the Product funnel, and work on website & app optimisation strategies and action plans

Who you are:

- Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, and use data to inform marketing or product strategy.

- Has successfully launched and managed consumer marketing programs that solve for either acquisition or retention objectives

- Post graduate, with 8-12 years of work experience, of which the last 4-5 years should have been spent in leading or managing Consumer Marketing programs

- Strong analytical skills and proven track record of churning insights from data, and further turning insights into actionable plans

- Ability to think strategically and execute tactfully

- Strong project management skills
