Product Life Cycle Management :
- Manage products from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with market demands.
- Identify opportunities for product upgrades, modifications, or discontinuation.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Catalogue Preparation & Presentation :
- Develop comprehensive product catalogs, including technical specifications and pricing details.
- Ensure product listings are up-to-date across all platforms.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for effective product presentations.
2. Business Development
New Customer Acquisition :
- Identify potential customers and market segments for business expansion.
- Develop strategies to onboard and retain new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Finding the Right Solution for Customer Needs: Conduct customer needs analysis and provide tailored product solutions.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure a customer-centric approach.
- Provide product demonstrations and consultations to drive conversions.
Demand Generation & Electrician Programe :
- Drive electrician engagement initiatives to promote product adoption.
- Work with the team to organize training and awareness programs for electricians.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the program and make improvements as needed.
3. Project Management
Product Design & Development:
- Oversee the design and development of new products.
- Work with R&D and engineering teams to ensure product feasibility.
- Align product development with market trends and customer requirements.
- Quality, Testing & Documentation for Tenders:
- Ensure products meet quality standards and industry regulations.
- Supervise testing procedures and compliance certifications.
- Prepare documentation for tenders and regulatory submissions.
4. Market Knowledge
Geographical Distribution & Key Customer Data:
- Analyze market trends and geographical demand distribution.
- Maintain and update key customer databases with insights on buying behavior.
- Develop targeted marketing and sales strategies based on data analysis.
5. Operations
Product Sourcing & Benchmarking:
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers for cost-effective and quality product sourcing.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to ensure best-in-class products.
- Optimize supply chain efficiency for timely product availability.
Supplier Qualification & Vendor Development:
- Assess and onboard new suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
- Develop long-term partnerships with key vendors.
- Implement vendor performance tracking and improvement programs.
