Product Manager
A Product Manager :
- HP who will ensure that there is a significant year on year revenue and partner growth in a defined territory.
- This is a partner-facing role representing TLM's distribution and sub-distribution portfolio of WiFi & Networking brands.
- This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining key partner accounts to ensure sales growth.
What Will You Do :
- Channel Management & Development
- Develop new & existing business relationships in the channel; generate sales growth
- Win business with and manage key accounts; work closely with senior management to add A and B category clients to TLM's partner program
- Take individual responsibility for new business, lead generation, meeting arrangements, and end-to-end conversion
- Ensure that TLM remains proactive and responsive to prospective Partners
- Map out industry events and tradeshows to attend; represent TLM's business in the best possible manner to target new business leads and contacts
- Sales
- Actively and successfully manage the sales process ; credentials pitch; negotiation; close and handover to Sales Coordination team
- Map out a highly detailed sales pipeline on the CRM for new and repeat business; constantly push opportunities along the funnel towards conversion
- Responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner
- Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation, following TLM procedure
- Planning & Reporting
- Sales reporting and analysis including presenting to management a thorough understanding of partner's objectives including their Return On Investment
