Product Manager - US Healthcare Analytics

Overview:

- Responsible for ideating, validating, designing and developing existing and new products and services. Includes managing products through a product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing market needs and internal requirements, define a vision for the product and work closely with various business units to deliver products that are scalable and repeatable.

- Work cross functionally with internal business, analytics, technology and clinical teams as well as external clients.

- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product including but not limited to marketing materials, pricing recommendations etc.

- Ability to integrate the voice of the user and streamline user experience.

- Serve as a point person for product offering(s).

Responsibilities:

- Understand and rationalize existing product portfolio to recommend enhancements.

- Recommend and drive the entire product line life cycle.

a) Capture requirements, prioritize and analyze market opportunities

b) Provide customer and external validation

c) Generate roadmap vision for a product line

- Partner with Technology, Analytics and Business to ensure product design includes the needed tools and analytics for success.

- Work closely with Sales team on training and providing expertise to them on products; Help design demos and value proposition story for client and prospect calls.

- Develop and present the business case for new products or modifications of existing products

- Build an action plan to implement the business case

- Define and iterate product positioning and value proposition.

- Develop or support development of performance metrics for all levels of product management.

- Help assess revenues from existing product lines and potential pipeline.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's in a technical or engineering related or business field required; MBA preferred

- Minimum of 3-4 years of work experience

- Understanding of marketplace and needs - must think externally and strategically

- Analytical ability with technical and business skills

- Project management skills and understanding of company functional responsibilities

- Ability to conceptualize and explain business opportunities

- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams

- Strong written and oral communication skills for presentations to internal and external stakeholders required

- Excellent research and analysis skills

- Healthcare experience required IT background a plus

- Strong Excel and Visio skills required.
