Product Manager - UPI Payment

UPI Payments is a corporate solution enabling Merchant to peer transfers through UPI. Kotak UPI API provides architecture and a set of standard Application Programming Interface (API) specifications to facilitate online UPI payments. We support VPA validation API, Payment API, Status API.

Required: Minimum 4 years of experience in UPI Payment

Job Requirements:

- Relevant work experience with exposure to UPI Payment

- Indepth knowledge about Digital Banking Products and Operations and processes

- Extensive experience in UPI & BHIM Product development, IMPS, DigitalE-Payments, and Financial Inclusion

- Experience in managing real-time payment platform, developing UPI Plugin, improving merchant acquiring, and overseeing API functions.

- Knowledge about regulatory guidelines related to KYC, Customer Service & PPI

- Awareness about practices followed by peer banks mainly regarding digital products

- Customer journey design will be the most important skill for this role, specifically ability to design innovative product modules

- Should have good analytical skills, an eye for detail and positive attitude in terms of finding best solution to problems, issues or requirements

- Love for great products, designs, and user experiences and a deep desire to create the same

- Data-driven with a knack for defining, tracking and analyzing metrics

- Collaborative, positive team player with the ability to navigate different teams
