Client Details

Our Client is a leading NBFC- MFI set up working towards providing low-cost financial services access to the rural and semi-urban population. It is a leading MFI organization catering to the microfinance space business mainly into the MSME segment.

Description

This role will be reporting to the Business Head and you will be responsible for-

- Lead initiatives focused on the development of Unsecured Loan products and services.

- Manage local enhancements for product segments in alignment to product strategy.

- Identify and lead the introduction of new service or capability enhancements to existing products to maintain or enhance competitive advantage, improve customer experience, and drive product profitability.

- Responsible for managing activities which deliver favorable metrics and financial results against plan.

- Monitor and manage pricing to maximize product financial return.

- Manage activities related to communication, processing, and enhancements relating to service providers including invoice management, SLA monitoring and support of regular business reviews.

- Liaise with Regulatory Compliance to meet relevant unsecured lending regulatory and compliance requirements.

- Contribute to control and oversight of revenue, marketing funds, and retention initiatives with partners

- Monitor and research external conditions including markets, competitor and market share analysis, demographics and regulations to ensure unsecured loan products, programs, and services meet segment needs

Profile

- Looking for product managers with experience in unsecured business loans and with 10+ years of experience in handling various retail asset products and primarily business loan in particular.

- Strong experience working in NBFC segment, Fintech set up and banking organization is a must requirement

- Should have experience of having successfully run retail asset product at Pan India level.

- Should have experience of leveraging product based on IT platforms and tie ups with data aggregators.
