Job Role: Product Manager - Two Wheeler Loan- NBFC
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement in sales productivity
- Determine key performance and behavioral metrics
- Monitor monthly operational results to understand key variance drivers
- Identify key actionable insights to implement required interventions
- Ensure optimal return on all sales related investments
- Branch resource planning based business expectations, cost and productivity
- Evaluate Sales tech related opportunities in terms of return on investment
- Ensure Incentives and payout structures across businesses are aligned with expected cost of acquisition (COA)
- Own all channel partner related performance metrics
- Partner Central platform ownership - implementation and enhancements
- Streamline and standardize central communications done to internal sales team and channel partners
- Cross-leverage channel(internal & external) network across all businesses
- Launch and run R&R programs for sales team and channel partners
- Design reward and recognition programs (Sales Contests, commission kickers, etc) to achieve the desired business plan
- Assess effectiveness of current R&R programs in achieving organizational objectives
- Effectively manage and collaborate with key functions to ensure smooth delivery
- Lead branch expansion strategy
- Plan branch expansion based on behavioral trends, market potential and business model
- Collaborate with multiple internal/external stakeholders for branch opening
- Standardize the Spoke-to-Hub model for implementation at scale
- Preferred Requirements - Min 2-6 years of experience in sales planning, strategizing, campaign management for any retail lending / vehicle finance product with Bank / NBFC.
