11. Monitor and track the implementation of the action plan designed the specific regions

12. ADHOC/ Misc. Approvals for regional support

13. Customer grievances & their resolution

Business Development :

1. National level position to drive Business Plan

2. Formulating and executing Business Plan

3. Distribution strategy/product penetration and mapping

4. Ensuring Annual and monthly sales budgets are met.

5. Product Management and development

6. Training the Team on Product and processes

7. Liaison with cross functions like credit, operations, policy etc. and provide solution to line team.
