Product Manager - Trade Custody Operations| Leading Banking and Financial Services Company | Pune

Core Capabilities-

- Excellent prior custody &/or corporate action.

- Understand SWIFT Standards and requirements - familiarity with ISO 20022 a plus

- Publishing / Review of Daily/weekly performance metrics pertaining to the function and to identify and track reasons for deviation from agreed levels or expected behaviour

- Ensure follow up and escalate for all ageing items.

- Ensure timely review and certification of Authentication function Procedures, Operating Service Agreements and Business Resiliency plans

- Review and improve on productivity benchmarks on an ongoing basis

- Active participation in multiple forums such as Product, Client Service, Strategy to analyse the impact basis market changes and to drive Tech Initiatives to meet client expectation and internal functional goals

Business and Subject Matter Knowledge

- Strong financial markets product knowledge and understanding of the settlement lifecycle in Custody

- Subject matter expertise in Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Collateral, Derivatives preferred

Behavioural Competencies -

- Logical, structured approach to planning, problem solving and decision-making

- Self-starter with an ability to manage workload and deliverables for the team
