Role: Lead Product Manager (Trade Channel Excellence)
Location: Pune
Min Relevant- Exp: 5-6+ years from Tier I institute; 8+ years from Tier II institute
Travel: This role requires monthly 10-15% travel
We are looking for a Product Manager, who will be responsible for driving the product vision for the next gen Elasticrun FMCG merchandizing platform.
- As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for gaps in our FMCG B2B product offerings and the innovative mindset to fill them. You're a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of product production - from conception through release. You are a confident leader who has experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve consumer experience and grow market share.

Key Responsibility Areas:
- Build technology platforms and systems to ensure the trade channel hygiene and processes are strictly
adhered to
- Have complete grasp for the FMCG B2B trade channel processes including sales, pricing & promotions and demand planning
- Interface with and draft requirements for key stakeholders of the FMCG ecosystem across the said functions
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, requirements development, and product launch
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates [Company X] and its features across primary market segments
- Relevant Experience:
- FMCG brand / retail experience is a big plus
- Strong experience building enterprise technology platforms and systems
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in product design or engineering
- Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
- Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- Highly effective cross-functional stakeholder management
- Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies
- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
