Product Manager - TMT Contract Manufacturing Business

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Identify new contract manufacturing opportunities (Pan-India) through market feedback, secondary studies, inputs from field.

- Co-ordinate evaluation of new contract manufacturing opportunities (Pan-India).

- Negotiate terms and conditions with the contract manufacturers

- Facilitate / Formulate legal contractual document

- Co-ordinate for resourcing to enable the contract manufacturing initiative for every contract including manpower, branding, inspection contracts, etc. as necessary.

- Track performance of all contract manufacturers (Pan-India) against the set KPIs.

- MIS reporting (on a daily / weekly / monthly basis) of sales / dispatch / stock levels

- Procurement and sales pricing strategy / decisions in co-ordination with the central / regional sales & marketing team.

- Formulation of annual / monthly business plan for contract manufacturing initiative in co-ordination with central / regional sales & marketing team.
