Product Manager - Television AD Tech Firm

Product Manager:

Problem Statement: This Company is biggest Television AD Tech firm and lays more than 10 million seconds of TV ads in a year. We are building 2 platforms to disrupt the TV AD Industry 1) Programmatic buying platform for TV ads 2) AD platform to enable targeted ADs on IPTV for rich content

We are looking for a product manager who has proven expertise in building disruptive AD Tech products. Some key responsibilities will be

- Lead cross-functional teams to develop a roadmap, create product definitions, establish milestones and manage the implementation and evolution of the product development cycle

- Launch products and identify and analyse the key performance indicators measuring post launch product success

- Develop fully detailed specs that include use cases, requirements, goals and page mock-ups for new features

- Manage prioritization of new feature enhancements and bug/fixes

- Identify key performance indicators and monitor those KPIs. Ultimately you will be seen as the person responsible for getting the team to achieve the KPIs.

Typical profile of a person who would suit this are,

- Have defined and executed large-scale technology-driven products/processes, (in new media businesses preferable not mandatory) over the last 4 years

- Have written software for at least 4 years, and is abreast with all the latest cloud tools and technologies (you are going to work with some of the most talented tech folks, and it is important that they feel you understand them)

- Have demonstrated ability in documenting, tracking and managing large set of requirements and user experience needs

- Have proven people management abilities to work with multiple functional teams across organisation

- Deep passion and appreciation for evolving new business processes (do you need an MBA for this- we are not hung up on your qualifications)

- Good learn ability to grasp new domains and comfortable to understand both depth and breadth across the platform

- Good written and oral communication skills to enable effective coordination and implementation across the organization
