About the company we are hiring for:

- We are building India's largest ecosystem for electric vehicles with a mission to decarbonize and transition India's commercial fleets to electric. The company owns and manages one of the largest fleets of electric vehicles in the country and plans to deploy over 1 million EVs on the road in the next 5 years.

- We are based out of Research & Innovation Park in IIT Delhi and founded by serial sustainability founders.

- We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in building Product roadmap journey Also who is great at stakeholder management

We are currently scouting for Product Manager:

- The Product manager will be responsible for developing and managing Products growth and forge strategic partnerships.

- The ideal candidate is someone who loves a challenge, is ambitious, super tenacious and persistent.

- S/he is a self-starter, thrives in a dynamic, small start-up environment, has a knack for understanding customer needs, and loves to get work done.

- The Product Manager will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Founder and to define and build the company platform

- Great experience with stakeholder management

- Experience in building roadmaps, build product features

- Experience with fintech industry

- Execute

1. Own the roadmap for one or more parts of the product

2. Work with internal team to plan launch scope

3. Deliver product features as per timelines

- Experience in conducting user research and interviews

- Knowledge of using product management tools

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in Product Management

- Someone who has experience in automotive industry

- Experience in tech side

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage relationships with partners and stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

- 3+ years of experience

- Preferred prior experience in working with vehicle telematics / fintech

- Understanding of product and data tools

- Prior experience in building the core product from ground up
