Responsibilities:
- As a product manager, you would be responsible for developing capabilities that will have customer problems at its heart.
- You should be able to break down big complex problem statements into smaller addressable units, can think future-proof solutions for each unit, and execute to high standards of quality
- Identifying client requirements and matching them with the company's existing portfolio and vision
- Executing product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating with cross functional teams and stakeholders
- Work with the product team, the engineering team, customer support, the sales team, and other teams to ensure a strong product vision
- Serve as an in-house expert for our products and become the go-to person for all functional issues
- Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
- Have Strong understanding of OSS/BSS requirement gathering and solution experience
(Telecom domain)
- Be a decision-maker using strategic thinking and guidance from the product team
- Ability to understand business and technical requirements & conceptualize end-to-end solutions
- Manage agile product development process from a product management point of view
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Post Graduation preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in product development & management expertise in the payments / mobile app / consumer application / telecom domain preferred
- Tech savvy and passionate about building products.
- Experience in product documentation is a must. Technical domain documentation is added advantage.
- Prior experience in product development or management is mandatory
- Excellent writing and editing skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Comfortable using Google Analytics, Slack, Trello, Jira, Confluence, and/or similar analytic tools, testing platforms, and tracking tools
- Understanding and capability to define Call flows, Business flows, use case flows and documents them
- Have worked on integrations with the multi-vendor environment
Domain Experience -Thorough understanding of Telecom Business Processes domain knowledge in all or either of these areas:
- Mobile, Broadband & Internet of Things, MVNO/MVNE/MVNA
- Telecom OSS and BSS systems
- Activation, Provisioning, Fulfilment, Service assurance
- Understanding of technical knowhow on 4G, 5G, LTE, Mobile broadband, and Wifi solutions
- Device Ecosystem
